Learning to cook with almond and coconut flours can be a daunting task. I will be offering new classes to show you how! I have made all the mistakes and done all the research for you. I will also be sharing recipes and helping you get on your way to a better you. Learn how to love food the right way. I did it and you can too. I lost over 100 pounds in a little under eight months without weight loss surgery. I am ready to share my story and help others.
